What people are saying about Kindles?

Please don´t take just my word, please click here to get direct access to thousands of reviews about kindle.

Are there more than one version of kindles?

That´s a great question. Just like the greatest industries in the planet. They are always looking to get new and wonderful upgrades year after year.

Kindle 1:

The first generation of the Kindle was on November 19, 2007. It was sold in five and a half hours (thanks to the miracle of internet, on a cost of US$399. Amazon didn’t sell any more kindles until April 2008. This first generation device had a lot of limitation at the time, like everything on the beginning. It was a 6 inch (diagonal) 4-Level grayscale display device, with 250MB of internal memory that could hold 200 non-illustrated titles.

Kindle 2:

Amazon released the Kindle’s second generation on February 23, 2009. The new features included: a text-to-speech option; 2 GB of internal memory; holding about 1500 non-illustrated books and also it was slimmer than the Kindle 1. Later on there were a few more updates for the kindle 2. The update included an increase on battery life by an 85% and introduces native PDF support. On October 2009 Amazon announced an international version for the Kindle 2, with the ability to download new titles in over 100 countries, using the standard GSM and 3G GSM technology.

Kindle DX (3th Generation):

On May 6, 2009 Amazon announced the Kindle DX, later on January 19, 2010 announced the international version of the Kindle DX and finally on July 1, 2010, Amazon released the Kindle DX Graphite. All of them belonging to the 3rd Generation of Kindles. But nevertheless, while Amazon does not officially add numbers to the end of each Kindle denoting its generation, most reviewers, customers and press companies refer to the following Kindle as the “Kindle 3″

Kindle 3:

Amazon announced this great new generation of the Kindle on July 28, 2010. This kindle has two versions: the Kindle Wi-Fi which has the ability to connect to the internet; and the Kindle 3G Wi-Fi which includes both 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Amazon has said that the Kindle 3 was the fastest-selling Kindle ever. After that Amazon said that digital books were outselling their traditional print counterparts for the first time ever on its site, with an average of 115 Kindle editions being sold for every 100 paperback editions.

And as stated by Amazon:

Who sells kindle at the best price?

Finally, as you may know by now, Amazon is who sells kindles. But not only that, Kindle is an Amazon´s #1 best selling product for 2 consecutive years. It is the most wished; the most gifted and has the most 5-star reviews of the entire Amazon’s market place.

And let me tell you that because of all this, Amazon has the best price for kindles, well, I think they are the company who sells kindles alone. Amazon can do it for themselves thanks to the miracle of internet.
